What does the CEO Office team do?
The CEO Office is the admin support function for Medefer. The team comprisies of five sub-teams:
- The CEO team,
- The People team,
- The Recruitment team,
- The Information Governance team and;
- The Finance team.
We tend to get involved in pretty much everything apart from delving into the code which makes up our tech platform or diagnosing patients!
The CEO team is in charge of Senior Management Team meetings, Board meetings, Advisory Board meetings, office management, meeting room bookings, and supporting with company strategy. We are inbox masters and here to support with admin requests.
The People team are the “go-to team” for help and support both inside and outside of work. We are a dedicated bunch, whose sole purpose is to make sure that each Medeferian has the best work environment possible. Our team covers everything from recruitment and onboarding, to wellness, event planning, training, equipment and benefits. There are some things that we will inevitably have to chase you about on the compliance side, but it always to do with things that keep you safe, well trained and to make sure your voice is heard.
The Recruitment team are responsible for implementing strategies to source new talent for Medefer across all departments, from clinical specialists to tech & IT, operations, patient care team and beyond. We liaise closely with the hiring managers and HR to identify job openings and then find and onboard the best candidates, both externally and internally, to accomplish critical growth goals. We maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, including executive and leadership roles.
The Information Governance (IG) team is here to support Medefer patients and colleagues with any queries about handling personal information such as emailing information to patients, or a patient asking for copies of their medical records/notes on our platforms, to sharing either patient or staff information with another company. The Finance Team are responsible for handling any financial transactions on behalf of the organisation. They control our income and expenditure and ensure that the business is running effectively and are responsible for analysis of growth potential and financial input to key business strategies. They are also in charge of payroll and anything pension related. So if you have any questions regarding your pay or pensions, please contact a member of the team.
