What does the Tech team do?
The Tech Team supports the development and maintenance of Medefer’s services by driving product and platform development, while keeping day-to-day services running smoothly. “Tech” includes teams specialised in Engineering, Technical Operations, IT Support, Quality Assurance, Live Issues, Service Design (Product), Business Intelligence, and Transformation.
The team works across the business to support our patients, clinicians and administrators by providing a secure and reliable platform that underpins Medefer’s services, collaborating on designing and engineering how to meet emergent needs, as well as addressing live issues.
The team also ensures quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle, undertakes studies to better understand underlying patient needs (to be better met with better services supported by better software), builds reports and analyses data to aid the performance and safety of services, as well as assists more generally the wider organisation’s fulfilment of its vision of becoming the world’s most patient-centric virtual healthcare company.
